Likely in your view to grant that injunction? oh, i don t think it matters. i don t think either side cares. either side is going to proclaim victory, whatever happens. but the real decision wouldn t matter until it went up to the supreme court. what really matters is that that law, what people keep overseeing on both sides is the arizona law is a silly political ploy, but it doesn t change or create anything that wasn t already being done. jails across the country were already contracting over the last ten years with immigration to cooperate with immigration. so that was already going on. it didn t change anything. and that s why somebody very smart crafted it simply to parallel what was already existing law. what we really have to look at this, from both sides, is just a lightning rod for the controversy that both sides are using for political purposes. let s move forward with it, and let s come up with some reasonable proposals so all these laws won t be necessary. governor perry ....
