Were also following following garner. Police telling us it all started with a fight outside an apartment this morning on spring drive. Officers say kyle jensen heard screaming and went outside. Thats when police say jensen saw Randolph Davidson assaulting kellie harris. Jensen fired shots from his handgun hitting davidson. Davidson later died at the hospital. Harris suffered multiple stab wounds and underwent surgery at wake med. We spoke with neighbors who were shocked. No charges have been filed against jensen.
