House on the 1300 block of west butler street completely sealed up after Philadelphia Police say on sunday several boys abduction add 13yearold girl and sexually assaulted her inside the house. Police are looking for those attackers while neighbors say its just one of the problems with lifeless home on the north philly block. This is where they hung out the teenagers they come over here and smoke and running in and out of the house.
