Pie for Breakfast Studios, an award-winning game studio blending play with the arts, and independent studio PxlPlz will be bringing their game
Little Nemo and the Nightmare Fiends, to the Nintendo Switch. The developers are currently raising money for the game on Kickstarter, seeking a funding goal of $70,000 and made the announcement via a Kickstarter update. The game was named a “Project We Love” by Kickstarter on the first day of the campaign.
Little Nemo and the Nightmare Fiends has been called “the best use of public domain I’ve seen in a video game” by GameHistory.org’s Frank Cifaldi and “a dream come true for fans of the little dreamer” by Big Boss Battle’s Bryan Taylor. ....

Two issues ago we talked about the then-just-announced Unreal Engine 5, and some of its aims to smooth out production workflows around high density meshes. Since then, Epic has been on a kick building out a case for itself and that goal, releasing various videos about virtual production and cinematic asset creation/lighting on their Youtube channel.
