ONEONTA, NY — It all happens very, very fast.  A man and a woman are standing outside, talking in the front yard of a house on River Street. The woman is holding their child on her hip, and the sun is bright, casting shadows across the lawn.  The couple are standing a few feet apart, their voices not loud enough to carry. Cars and bicyclists pass by. A neighbor walks over and hands the child a stuffed animal. Then, two Oneonta Police Department officers rush into view. One has his gun drawn, pointing it at the man, who was carrying a knife, the video shows.
