On after the wind event is over, sometime midday tomorrow, they dont just flip a switch and turn the power back on, they have to go out and physically inspect all of those lines to make sure if a limb has come down on one of those lines, they ve clear that, make sure everything is okay. They started turning off power in the Sierra Foothills around 2 00 this afternoon. Places like the peninsula, they could be impacted. Overnight stly.
