Little drama attended the vote by Arkansas’s Republican electors this morning to give the
state’s six votes in the electoral college to Donald Trump.

The Republican Party was celebrated. Outgoing GOP Party Chair Doyle Webb chaired the panel of electors. He urged applause for Republican Secretary of State John Thurston for staging the event; for incoming GOP chair Jonelle Fulmer, for the Republican State Committee, and for Supreme Court Justice Rhonda Wood. ....
