A gunman killed four people at a market in the southeastern Georgian city of Rustavi, before being detained by police, the Black Sea nation's interior ministry said on Friday.

information leading to his arrest. charles is cnn's senior law enforcement analyst and a former philadelphia police commissioner. thanks for being with us on a sunday morning. let me start with the georgia shooting. we are closing in on 24 hours since this shooting. what would investigators be doing at this stage of the investigation? >> well, they are doing everything they can to track the individual. the one advantage they have is very quickly identified the individual, which tells me that perhaps there is a relationship of some kind between at least one of the victims and this individual. now, i am told this is a very small community. everybody knows one another. someone may have observed him going in or coming out of the location where the victims were found. in any event, they identified him. they identified his vehicle. all those kinds of things. and they are putting out a lot of information. so they are trying to track cellphones. they are doing everything they can to get location on this guy. you but he is on the move. he has a vehicle.
