We need to set the polics up for success by providing stability. Moving toward a 35 year end date would better enable to committee to conduct proper oversight and consider changes over time. In addition, we look to make changes to some of the policies and more importantly we look to offset the cost associated with both extenders we must not cross on to patients who rely on the programs.
