"Godzilla Minus One" has achieved a new milestone in the U.S. by becoming the highest-grossing live-action Japanese movie. Record-breaking premiere: The 2023 action and sci-fi film has earned a record-breaking $14.36 million at the box office since its premiere in the U.S. on Dec. 1. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film was certified fresh, earning a 97% score with critics and 98% with audiences.
