UK-based Gray Dawes Group has established a follow-the-sun set-up with the acquisition of Florida travel management business Express Travel.
The Gray Dawes Group announced the acquisition of fellow UK-based travel management company Ventur this week – its 11th agency takeover to date – but the company is now turning its attention to global expansion.
Gray Dawes Group has acquired fellow UK-based travel management company Ventur Travel in a move that will push its annual turnover up to £250 million. Ventur Travel, which was formerly known as Traveleads before rebranding in May 2021, has offices in Leeds and Edinburgh.
