GSP makes changes for increased summer parking

The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District has announced changes impacting the location and availability of parking at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP.)
Effective immediately, the entrance to the Economy Lot 2 will be relocated. The previous entrance from GSP Drive will be permanently closed and a new entrance will be opened off of Aviation Parkway at the newly constructed roundabout. Roadway signage will be placed to alert drivers of the entrance change. ....

GSP gets $5.2 million grant for Air Cargo Improvements

The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) awarded $5.2 million in an American Rescue Plan Act grant to support infrastructure improvements at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).
The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District will provide $3.4 million in local matching funds to the $5.2 million EDA investment for infrastructure improvements at GSP for a total investment of $8.6 million. Improvements will include the expansion of the airport’s air cargo apron and the extension of a roadway and utilities to facilitate continued expansion of air cargo facilities at GSP. ....
