A teenage girl under the age of 18 is now the fourth person to be charged in connection the plot to kidnap two infant twin boys from their mother in Livonia.
Three of four people arrested in connection with the Livonia abduction of two 14-day-old boys were formally charged Thursday with conspiring to kidnap the babies from their mother.
Two twins were discovered at a hotel outside Detroit after an Amber Alert was issued. Few details have been released.
