Northbound side. The construction project is between rhawn street and red lion road. Now, this construction project is taking out three lanes in the inner drive. Its a repaving project but if you stick to the outer drive youre going to be okay. Theres not a lot of volume to be causing maybe problems at this hour. Take a look at interstate 95 southbound. Ive been watching this because there was a construction over here on the southbound side between the blue route and the Commodore Barry bridge that was scheduled to wrap up at 5 00. Looks like they got done early. And traffic is back to normal....
