I felt for Aga over the weekend. Or, as ever on wintry days, it felt me, as I rested warmly against it reading about the business getting a firm slap from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). It concerned a new advert put out by Aga that claimed its electric eR7 model had the “lowest running cost” compared to similar rival ovens – a claim which the ASA has deemed misleading.
