Cell phone video. The images show seven Police Officers surround a man at a sinclair gas station off pecos and patrick lane. After all the shots you hear the suspect survived. Metro police used nonlethal rifles loaded with bean bags to arrest him. Officers say just after 5 30 p. M. Thursday night they received 911 calls of a man firing a gun outside this gas station.
