Over a month after the sale of Menorah Park – now King David Healthcare Center – some families and residents expressed feelings of being left in the dark and concerned
Following its sale to Outcome Healthcare, Menorah Park in Beachwood will become King David Healthcare Center.
The sale of Menorah Park to Outcome Healthcare closed on Dec. 19, as the New Jersey-based entity officially took over the Beachwood senior living campus.
Hollyport signed a five-year lease for 6,780 square feet on the entire 27th floor of the 36-story office tower.
Menorah Park will sell its entire campus to New Jersey-based Outcome Healthcare, with the sale expected to be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2023.
