The Daily Jeffersonian A West Virginia man is facing a felony drug charge after approximately 105 grams of suspected methamphetamine was found by State Highway Patrol troopers during a probable cause search last month on Interstate 77. Harry A. Neal Jr., 56, of Leon, W.Va., has been charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony filed through the Cambridge Municipal Court. The case was later bound over to the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court after Neal waived his right to a preliminary hearing in the lower court. An arraignment hearing is pending in the common pleas court. Neal remains incarcerated in the Guernsey County Jail on a $100,000 bond with no 10% allowed set during his initial court appearance. ....
