Before turning the mic over to downare john, let me introduce our two guest panelists. As you can see from the biographical merles you have in hand, both have had quite distinguished careers. Michael is a professor another law at ohio northern university, former navy pilot, harvard law graduate, graduate of the naves top gun program. Michael has written extensively in the areas of the laws of war some the laws of war as applied to the current war on terrorism. Harvey chair the abas Ad Advisory Committee on National Security and a former professor at the national war canaling war college, and he was a Legal Counsel to the fbis Deputy Director and has had his hand in drafting this is my tenth never here and its ten inch anniversary and this book is a product of that ten years.
