Accidenttl shooting o o an eastern iowa man this morning. According to the Black Hawk County Sheriffs Office the incident happened in Elk Run Heights after 1230 thisorning. They say he dropped a handndun while he was getting out if his car. They believe it then went off when it hit the ground and hit his leg.
