Ridgefield resident Fred Breekland, 85, has died Written by Kane Funeral Home On Sunday, March 7th, Fred Breekland passed away at the age of 85. He graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from Columbia University and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Columbia School of Engineering.
