Amy Barrett is doubly fortunate. First, she was born with a gift, a natural ability to play and sing music. Second, she comes from Dunlavin. It sometimes seems as though everyone in the village has a tale to tell. And, though Amy may be a mere 22 years of age, she already has the opening instalment of her life story ready to relate, a narrative showing how it is possible to harness talent on two fronts.
