There was an overflow crowd of veterans, families and friends who attended the Quilts of Valor award ceremony at Richard’s Coffee Shop and Military Museum in Mooresville on March 21.
The local Quilts of Valor Foundation group, Grateful Quilters, honored 10 veterans for their service in the military.
