Good evening. We begin with breaking news. The house fails to keep Homeland Security going. Thats a big headline tonight. The department of Homeland Security will shut down unless congressional leaders find a last minute compromise as the seconds and minutes tick away. In a surprise twist congress voted down a bill to fund the department for the next three weeks. People thought this bill was going to pass. This is a real surprise. They want to force a vote on a senate approvaled version that would funds the department for a whole year. They will go into whats being called a partial shut down. ...
