Jacqulyn Marshak DATELINE – Jacqulyn (Jacki) Marshak, daughter of Louis and Sylvia (Gaier) Marshak, was born on Aug. 3, 1943 and passed away on Jan. 9, 2021, after a battle with COVID-19. She leaves behind her sister Evelyn; grandchildren Ariella, Avi, Dovid, Yosef, Betzalel, and Yacov Shmuel (Strudel); and great-grandson Mikey; extended family in Israel; and many friends and students. Jacki went to work early in the family business. She always wanted to be a teacher. She graduated UConn and Southern and started teaching in 1965. She taught for 38 years in Region 16.
