Chip kelly saw progress, it was not enough. I think he really improved his throwing motion from a couple of years ago. He worked extremely hard on it and deserves a lot of credit for that. I talked to him earlier today when we released him. Heettes needs more playing time. E needs to get out there and get actual reps. I think he has done a ton on his own on an individual basis.
