Could be all of us. Rain here adding inches to the sierra snow pack. More than 150 above average. So officials with the San Francisco Public Utilities commission say they are releasing water from happening now at the rate of 16,457 gallons per second that will make room for runoff from the snow to start melting. During the drought we have snow pack levels that are 50 normal and a snow pack level that 170 above normal, which will mean a longer period of time when we will be releasing water, generating Hydroelectric Energy when we release that water.
