Prime Minister Narendra Modi has confirmed his participation in the first I2U2 leadership summit to be held virtually on Thursday.
Israel Prime Minister Yair Lapid, President of the UAE Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President of the USA Joe Biden will be attending the summit.
The I2U2 is aimed to encourage joint investments in six mutually identified areas such as water, energy, transportation, space, health, and food security.
The new I2U2 grouping of India, Israel, UAE and the US will hold its first virtual summit next month as part of the Biden administration's efforts to re-energise and revitalise American alliances across the world, according to the White House.
