He was punching his father. The reporter investigators say anderson also stabbed his father in the cheek, and bludgeoned him a hammer before pushing him down the staircase. Officers who responded, saw Paul Anderson on the floor at the bottom of the stairs. The reporter anderson pleaded not guilty to first degree murder, though police say he confessed during his arrest and provided some insight into why he may have suddenly snapped.
