Robber Filmed Stealing Bank Deposit Bag May Be Targeting Asians During Lunar New Year in the Bay Area A man recently stole a bank deposit bag in Alameda, California after breaking into his victim’s car and almost getting caught. The incident reportedly occurred in the parking lot of the restaurant Vietnam House at around noon on Tuesday.     In a video of the incident, the hooded suspect can be seen breaking into the victim’s car and reaching for the gray deposit bag inside.
