I only make that point to say we live in an environment where we are mitigating all these problems. As much as i would love to live in a world where we could simply eliminate them or get to a place where we eliminate them, realistically we are going to be dealing with strategies to mitigate these problems. I want to, before we open it up to questions, get a little more specific on what the private sector should be able to do, and maybe steve you or anyone else jump in on this.
