The new products feature Impossible Foods, Oatly and Beyond Meat, and will be sold in Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Among the many new plant-based products, Starbucks is adding the Maize Impossible Sandwich and the Spiced Impossible Puff in Hong Kong; Mince & Cheese Pie with Impossible Meat in New Zealand; the Impossible Wrap in Singapore; Beyond Meat Bolognese Penne in Taiwan; and the Beyond Meat Sandwich in Thailand.

This month, global coffee chain Starbucks is introducing new menu items featuring plant-based meat from Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods in select markets across the Asia-Pacific region. In Hong Kong, Starbucks is adding the Maize Impossible Sandwich (Impossible Sausage with egg, cheese, onion, roasted pumpkin, salad vegetables, and mayonnaise on maize bread); the Spiced Impossible Puff (Impossible Burger with red onions and sriracha chili sauce in puff pastry); and a vegan chocolate breadstick. In New Zealand, Starbucks is adding the Mince & Cheese Pie with Impossible Meat and cheese in a pastry. In Singapore, the new Impossible Wrap features an Impossible Burger patty, avocado omelet, mushrooms, caramelized onion, and cheese. In Taiwan, the new menu items include the Beyond Meat Bolognese Penne (Beyond beef, Italian tomato sauce, penne noodles, cauliflower, and shimeji mushrooms); The Beyond Meat Sausage Sandwich (Beyond Meat patty, mushrooms, broccoli, tomato, cheese, onions, and smoked bacon-flavored mayonnaise on a soft bread roll); and the Beyond Meatball Sandwich (Beyond Meat, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, and spicy chicken-mustard sauce on French bread). And in Thailand, the Beyond Meat Sandwich features a Beyond Meat patty with cheddar cheese and Thousand Island sauce on a ciabatta roll.

Starbucks To Add Plant-based Foods In Asia
SEATTLE (dpa-AFX) - Coffee giant Starbucks Corp. is adding new plant-based food and beverage options in select markets across the Asia-Pacific such as Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan and Thailand. The new additions are expected to cater to the respective tastes and preferences of local customers.
Starting in September, the company is adding two new seasonal plant-based handcrafted beverages, the Oatmilk Cocoa Macchiato and Almondmilk Hazelnut Latte, to store menus in 8 markets, as well as plant-based food choices at stores in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
The Seattle-based company is introducing the Maize Impossible Sandwich and the Spiced Impossible Puff in Hong Kong as well as the Impossible Wrap with a plant-based Impossible Burger patty, in Singapore.

Starbucks Corporation SBUX recently announced that it will include plant-based food and beverages to menus across Asia from September in a bid to attract more customers. The company’s new menu will comprise products from Impossible Foods, Oatly and Beyond Meat, Inc. BYND.
The company will launch new products in markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan and Thailand. The new products will be based on the local tastes and preferences.
The company announced that its new products will have the Spiced Impossible Puff and Maize Impossible Sandwich in Hong Kong, and Beyond Meat Bolognese Penne in Taiwan. In Singapore, the company will launch the Impossible Wrap including an Impossible Burger patty, avocado omelette, mushroom, caramelised onion and cheese.
