Experiencing some, not want to seek help. In the filipino comm, myself, we dont even talk about about it. Mental health is seen as weakness. Someone who is less is less than. We dont speak about Mental Health and we dont we dont normalize it. People dt access those services. Like you mentioned earlier, about the health system, the parity around parity around Mental Health is really challenging as well.
