The 28th Conference of Parties on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) will be held from November 30 to December 12, 2023. Mansoor, recipient of the prestigious Martin Ennals Award for Human Rights Defenders in 2015, has been arbitrarily imprisoned inisolation since security forces raided his home just before midnight on March 20, 2017.
