0 get the program on solid footing. i think what the ad ministration is doing is trying to bulster the numbers of people in the exchanges and the reason they are doing is because the insurance companies are going to take a bath and no one needs to feel bad about them. but if they take a bath in 2014 they will raise their prices for 2015 and those are supposed to publish before the next election or drop out of the exchange all together and americans who need insurance will lose access to choices and companies that are in at least health care dot gov. it could have spillover into thex changes th...
