One of the rioters who didn’t vote in the elections is Donovan Crowl, 50, a member of an independent militia organization based in Ohio. Crowl is also a member of the Oath Keepers, an extremist association.  As reported by his mother, Crowl was a big Trump supporter, who’d been upset by the Obama administration.
