Units open for the express intent as he can facilitate the construction and enable the tenants to move within the building during construction and then let out the units when hes done with the construction. The building as indicated in this drawing is setback on all of these four sides. The 15foot plus in the front is substantial and impossible to make it see from across the street at a pedestrian view.
