that. the driver walked away pretty much without a scratch. but witnesses say he was emotional and handcuffed when he was taken away to the hospital. the owners didn't want to speak to ktvu on camera. we believe they live nearby. as of now the driver has not been charged with any crime. as you can manage imagine the water was flowing down the street. no homes sustained any flooding damage that we can see. no word on how much it will cost to fix the store. we don't know how fast the driver was going but if he is found at fault it will cost more than $10,000 to replace this fire hydran...
