Was not. It was so haphazardly tossed on top of this fence that we dont know what it was. School Officials Say theyre not sure who placed the rope there or why. However, they did have additional staff on hand to discuss the incident with students who brought it to their attention. The school stressed the rope was removed well before students arrived. One thing i do hope is that this situation is addressed accordingly and that my daughters dont have to worry about being in danger. What i would like is for us to have a real conversation, some kind of town hall so this should be addressed. The sc...
