At what has been done. There was completion of the eastern bay bridge to make room for the bicycle and pedestrian path. Tunnels and toll booths have been connected. The tunnel has also been cleaned. They are still striping and putting barrier rails in place. It has been determined if any weather does move in, it wouldnt be programmatic to delay the striping and opening.
