December 14, 2020 Paullina, Iowa — A northwest Iowa man is behind bars, facing a felony charge after he was arrested on Saturday. According to criminal complaints filed by Sutherland Police Officer Jami Webster, on December 7th, she was called to a commercial building on North Cannon Street in Paullina. The owner of the property reported a burglary.
