Search and Rescue Alberta puts crews through their paces
From March 21-23, Cochrane is hosting a large-scale emergency activation exercise involving approximately 200 Search and Rescue Association of Alberta (SARAB) members from across the province. In anticipation of another busy fire season in Alberta, personnel from SARAB will join forces with Cochrane’s Emergency Management staff for a multi-agency mock exercise simulating the response to a wildfire near Cochrane.
