Good morning from the studio 57 newsroom here in new york. Good to be with you. Im anne marie greene. The water is still rising in houston. It rained overnight and more heavy rain is expected today. Harvey has already dumped a massive amount of rain normally seen only once in more than a thousand years. Another 10 to 20 inches is in the forecast. The surging flood waters have paralyzed the city. At least two people have died in the catastrophic storm but the devastation is so widespread it is impossible to measure just how many people are missing or still trapped. Evacuation centers are packed...
