Amber lee is live, and we hear its chaotic and police are still looking for the suspect. Reporter theres a Massive Police response out here. In addition to the San Jose Police officers we see out here, ive seen a number of Law Enforcement officers from various agencies as well as the Fire Department all out in full force. Now the officer was killed not far from here just down the street and around the corner. It is a very tense situation. Less than an hour ago, San Jose Police confirm that a veteran officer had been killed shortly before 7 00 tonight. Officers responded to a report of a man with a gun threatening to kill himself.
