Opera premiering at Kennedy Center takes a 'grounded' look at drone pilots, PTSD
“Grounded,” a one-woman play written by George Brant, is now an opera that will premiere with the Washington National Opera at The Kennedy Center. The opera examines the struggles of a female Air Force F-16 pilot who becomes a drone pilot after being grounded due to pregnancy.
