A local film that has been a part of a festival touring the country will be shown Saturday at the State Theater.

After hosting two previous Wild and Scenic Film Festivals, Greenspace was presented with the opportunity to have its story shared on a national tour. Taking full advantage of the opportunity, Greenspace partnered with Sampley Brothers Production Co. to create the film, “A Community Conservation Effort,” which covers the organization’s history from its inception in 1974 to becoming Kentucky’s first Urban Trail Town.
