The u. S. Led air campaign against isis in syria is taking aim at the militants cash flow by hitting its mobile Oil Refineries. The pentagon says they are an important target because isis generates 2 million a day from oil operations. The impact right now is still being assessed. But the pentagon says initial indications show the air strikes in Eastern Syria were successful.
