The category 3 storm is packing 120mileperhour winds, also threatening deadly storm surge. Some areas could get 15 inches of rain. Delta is expected to hit later on today and it is intensifying as it bears down on the gulf coast. Courtney zabowski is in lafayette, louisiana. This storm is expected to hit that area pretty hard.
