People in the room. I work in nutrition and hearing your presentation i can understand the economic advantages of having an organized commodity market toward Risk Management and stabilizing prices. But i was wondering if you had any thoughts on the health i implications. I have been told the importance of diversity in the diet. And that goes against what we have been taught to think.
