Cumberland County commissioners on Thursday approved a capital project request for $50,000 to enhance security at the county office building at 310 Allen Road.
The current cost estimate from Noelker and Hull is $478,789, according to Planning Director Kirk Stoner said.
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection notified the county of the positive sample on Wednesday, the county said in a news release.
